Ref : Information received from the Hon’ble Minister’s Peshi.
Order:
All the District Educational Officers and Project Officers of SSAs are informed that Hon’ble Minister for Human Resource Development has proposed to conduct a review meeting with all the Educational Officers in Zone III on 13-07-2015 at 9.00 A.M. at Sri Venkateswara Vignana Mandir, Opp. Hindu College High School, Market Centre, Guntur.
The following are the agenda items.
1. Aadhar Linkage
2. Biometric
3. Audio Video Teaching
4. Establishment of Model Primary Schools
5. School wise Basic Infrastructural facilities like compound walls, additional class rooms, water facilities, sanitation, toilet facilities, furniture etc,
6. Implementation of Mid day meal / supply of uniform
7. Programmes on different programs being implemented under SSA/RMSA
8. Dropouts – Badipilostondi progamme
9. List of Pyelonetherpists /NRI/ Industrialist, who come up from concerned schools/village and ready to adopt schools.
10. ICT in High Schools
11. Model schools
12. Properties of Education Department
13. Improvement of Literacy rate/Adult Education Programmes.
14. SSC Results 2015.
15. Any other item.
Hence, all the District Educational Officers and Project Officers (SSA) are requested to attend the said meeting along with all the Principals of DIETs, Deputy Educational Officers, Mandal Educational Officers and Headmaster of Secondary Schools (Except Pvt. Un-Aided) of their District along with all the information pertaining to their institution/Office along with relevant records on agenda items for discussion in the conference.
Further they are requested to send notes on agenda items on or before 10.07.2015 without fail.
